What do intentions have to do with this site? I figured it would be a good place to log recipes I have enjoyed, modified or created. One stop shopping, an effort to get organized I suppose.
I love to cook, I love to bake (especially pies), I love to read recipes – though I don’t love to follow them for some reason! I spend hours every week thinking and reading about food, combinations, new ideas and methods. I am by no means trained as a cook/chef – but intro to the kitchen started before I can remember, I was always “mom’s little helper” in the kitchen, and thus began my descent into the world of food.
